The staff at Sunset Dental, and Image Dental, are amazing! They are pleasant, efficient, and timely. I have been going to Image since 2013, and recently switched to Sunset because it is more convenient. I have never had any issues with any of the staff. Their billing is fair, and they take care of any issues right away instead of making you reschedule for another visit.

Been a patient for years and have no complaints. They're very kind and it’s evident that they are good at their job. I might be the odd one out but I appreciate the consistent reminders of upcoming appointments. I think its helpful and you can of course opt out of receiving text messages if it bothers you!

I came in for an exam, X-ray, and cleaning. It was my first time going to this dentist. I expressed concern about one of my teeth being really sensitive and painful. I was told I needed treatment for a root canal. They were able to get me in the very next day for the root canal and the cleaning.

The cleaning was great. The root canal went very smooth and both the doctor and the hygienist were extremely nice. During the treatment the doctor and hygienist made sure consistently that I was not in pain and that it was going good. Highly recommend, I feel so much better already.

My first appointment with Dr. Redlinger--I changed from another practice after consistent overcharging (and getting refunds months later), rude staff, etc. I appreciated his discussion of why and what needs to happen. Dentistry is a necessary evil in my book, but I was comfortable with him and the staff. Clearly explained costs moving forward.

I gave 4 stars for 2 reasons--as a Lean professional, a great deal of waiting and I almost left. The other is calls that ask for me to call and confirm. I will never do that as I made the appointment and will only call to cancel or reschedule. Text confirmations I will do.
