@Luxurious Hair B•Herheir: I really hope that you are feeling much better. This was clearly NOT a race, or a socio economic, or an ethnicity issue. Stop with the race baiting on this issue. I have been a client of Sunshine Dental as well for more than 30 years. From my understanding you were rather late for your appointment and I was next in line to see OUR dentist.

You were 20 mins late. There was no need for cussing, screaming, yelling for no reason. Your attitude, demeanor, tone was unwelcome at the dental office. There was no reason for you to behave in that unprofessional manner. Sunshine Dental is a well respected dental office that services our community.

I am a black person of Caribbean decent and witnessed your nasty unwelcome attitude. Hopefully you get past your mental frustration in due course with grace and I wish you the best in your food catering business. Hopefully you will get good reviews and positive reactions on your amazing cooking. Again Sunshine Dental doesn't deserve your negative untruth review.

I’ve been a patient at this dental office since I was 8 years old, attending with my parents, but today’s experience with my 15-year-old son was beyond disappointing. The secretary, who has been disrespectful in the past, struck again. I arrived 10 minutes late for my son’s emergency appointment, only to find out that another patient had already been taken in his place. In just 10 minutes, my son’s spot was given away—without any courtesy call or follow-up. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially since I traveled 45 minutes and signed my son out of school for this appointment. When I confronted the secretary about the situation, she rudely told me I needed to rebook the appointment and then made racial slurs about me being Jamaican because I expressed my frustration.

After this demeaning interaction, I was eventually told my son could proceed with the appointment. However, during the visit, my 2-year-old daughter touched something, and Dr. Sasha herself commented that I should “control my daughter or she would end the appointment. ” This just showed me that the office is not only following the unprofessional attitude of the secretary but is also supported by the dentist herself. I have never disrespected Dr. Sasha or the office staff, but today I was shouted at, and I even recorded the incident on my phone.

This is the third time I’ve had a strange, uncomfortable experience with this secretary, which is why I switched my kids to a different dental office. I only returned today because my son had an emergency, and it turned out to be the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I will never come back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s clearly catering to Tamil and Indian families, and I’ll be letting my mother, father, and family know about this. I will not be removing this review, and I will not accept this treatment anymore.

I just came to Sunshine Dental to get my teeth cleaned. I have never had a more professional and thorough job done. Dr Seshantri looked for everything needed and has given wonderful advice in regards to have to take care of my dental needs. It’s an extremely family friendly and family oriented service.

Couldn’t recommend them more. The clinic was also extremely clean and hygienic. And they have the loveliest receptionist and dental hygienist.
