It was a great visit, for my first time at the Clinic. They did a through job, while, at the same time, getting me out of there in good time. The prices quoted were much cheaper then in Toronto. All-in-all it was a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience. My first visit was at Christmas and the waiting area was warm and inviting and the receptionist was kind and helpful. Both the Dentist and assistants were excellent and made me feel comfortable and explained everything patiently. I definitely recommend.

I am sad to leave this review but I feel it is necessary. My first visit over a year ago went well. I got everything taken care of, no issues. The next visit was when they continually tried to push a root canal, which I felt I didn’t want/need as I was not having any issues with my tooth. Next thing I know my insurance company begins receiving “estimates” for a root canal. I called to inform them that I was not interested in the procedure and the claims stopped.

Fast forward 11 months later. I booked my cleaning a month in advance, being told that if I cancelled I would need 48 hours notice or there would be a charge. I wake up this morning with a voice message saying my appointment was cancelled because the hygienist was sick. I took the full day off work, which wasn’t easy. All I got was I am sorry but she is sick and nothing they can do. Admittedly I was fuming and said some choice words and hung up.

I have decided to find a new dentist. My apologies to the receptionist, I was unkind towards you, I was wrong. I know it was not your fault, you were just doing your job.
