My family and I have been going to Superior Family Dental for two years. We have never missed an appointment; we have never not confirmed an appointment. The one time I needed to reschedule my appointment I called giving plenty of notice. Today I presented for my appointment (fifteen minutes early, as I always do) and was rudely addressed by staff who stated that my appointment had been cancelled because I had not confirmed. I am a working mother of two children under the age of 3.
I have worked overtime at the hospital (where I do not have great phone service) for the past 3 weeks. I never received a text requesting my confirmation. On review I had a missed voicemail on Tuesday (I have been working 12 hour shifts every day since the previous Friday) asking for me to confirm my appointment today (Thursday). They never attempted to call again and I was never notified that my appointment had been cancelled. I cut my sons occupational therapy session short this morning so that I had enough time to bring him to our babysitters house (whom I pay) so that I could make my appointment as I always do.
I have never disrespected the time of this business, and am appalled at how they disrespected mine. Because of this you’ve lost my family’s business.

This office is terrible. I got a filling from dr saigh and it went bad, he pushed really hard during the procedure (ive had quite a lot of fillings and ive never had a dentist so rough on my teeth something felt wrong) i kept trying to get them to look at it and the other dentist looked at it and literally gas lit me that the pain wasn't that bad and it would calm down. Well after another 3 weeks of excruciating pain I got back in with Dr saigh who looked at the same old rays that the other doc claimed were normal and told me my nerve under the filling died and somehow he could see it was triple the size of those in the surrounding teeth. How the other dentist missed that is unexplainable.
The office ladies were so rude and made comments how I was complaining a lot and like yeah I'm going to complain when by that point I had a splitting migraine for a month. I drove all the way to Appleton to finally get an er root canal and that was a breath of fresh air. They took one look at it and immediately apologized for the other dentist because my tooth was so inflamed. When dr saigh put a crown on after he pushed it on so hard i felt the tooth crack and when i tried to tell him he just brushed me off and i still have tooth pain.
This office is impossible to deal with and and the dentists are terrible I'm very grateful to be rid of them.

Came in for cavity treatment, Doc fixed one and began work on the other. After drilling to the nerve, which sent me jumping out-of the chair, he stated I would need a root canal and he didn't have time to complete the work. He packed in "temporary materials" and told me to reschedule. Well next available appointment is 6 months from now, his "temporary material" has fallen out, opening the door to pain and complications. The medicine in the packing makes every breath and every food/drink taste like turpentine.
I can't understand how you'd stop in the middle of a procedure and expect someone to just deal with it all summer until you're less busy. Asking follow-up questions makes you feel like an idiot and a bother with his flippant attitude. I just wanted to know basic info about oral hygiene with my "temporary material" and what to do if I have pain. I came in with no pain, left with pain and no resolution. They over schedule, and the care is terrible.
Also, had to pay in advance for my 2 fillings, received only one filling and no change. Do not recommend.
