If there are more stars, I will add to this review ! My visit to SuperTooth (with Ella) was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations and bonus point, the visit erased all past trauma and bad experiences being at a Dentist and I left the office with a big bright smile and looking forward to be back. Ella was more than exceptional at her work, she is very knowledgeable and skilled, explains in details the procedure and status and moreover very very patient and adjust settings to make you feel comfortable (which I never knew it can be done).

Ella is really the best and no word can do justice to all what she does.

I had a very disappointing experience with them. During my visit on March 30, I was charged for a Full Mouth Debridement (FMD) without clear prior explanation or consent. Based on my understanding, an FMD is intended for patients with significant tartar buildup and requires a thorough, time-intensive cleaning process. However, in my case, the procedure lasted less than 10 minutes, and I did not have the level of buildup that would justify such a treatment. It felt rushed, incomplete, and did not meet the standard protocol for an FMD.

After the visit, I made multiple attempts to communicate with the office to discuss the billing issue. I was told that someone would follow up with me, but no one ever did. My messages were repeatedly ignored, and no effort was made to resolve my concerns. As a patient, I expect transparency, honesty, and basic respect when it comes to treatment and billing practices. Sadly, they failed to meet these standards.

I would caution others to be extremely careful and ask detailed questions before proceeding with any services here. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will be reporting this incident to the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners.

I love Supertooth! Take it from someone who was a dental assistant in the USAF. This is a top class dental office. The staff is very professional and courteous. I struggled getting responses from other clinics in Bethesda and was left wanting dealing with staff previously. Every interaction has been delightful and made me feel like it was a pleasure to serve me! I love that! My experience was with Dr.

Barton and she is fabulous. They don’t try to do work just to make money but do what is necessary for your dental health. That is super important to me and they have found a lifelong customer in me. Thank you Supertooth & Dr. Barton!!!
