Never experienced anything like this. I made an appointment for a cleaning. They wanted to do X-rays and I said no need. I was sitting at the chair for more than 30 minutes just waiting. The doctor walked in and said we don’t do the cleaning without x-rays and walked out.

Just like that. I literally just wanted to save them some time and work since I had x-rays done a month ago. So a suggestion to the doctor, if you are having a bad day, next time call in sick. Don’t take your disappointments on your patients.

Dr. Kheir and Dr. Omran are both tremendously compassionate and patient doctors. I count them among the most proficient and skilled doctors whom take pride in doing a great job.

Past experiences with dentists lead me to avoid taking care of my teeth, however my sessions with the compassionate care of the entire team at Sure Smile Dental has supplied the confidence I needed to now look forward to going to the dentist. There is no question, if you are a professional and want the best level of expertise with any mouth concerns reach out to their offices.

Dr. Omran drilled through my lip while putting in a crown. This was a complete nightmare. Blood was everywhere. She ran out of the room,made a call then came back with a needle and thread to sew my lip back together after slicing it open.

I've never experienced something so terrifying at a dentist office . I missed 2 weeks of work. I told her about this and she did nothing for me. This occurred months ago, my lip has a scar, and I'm terrified to go back to a dentist.

I cannot get over the positive review - they must be from family members. The negative reviews are truer to reality. There are some very unprofessional employees working in this shabby hole in the wall office. I felt like I was in a strange 3rd world country honestly. Two times I was promised a call back and they never called me. I confronted the office manager at the time, Julie (who is a piece of work), and she lied straight to my face that she did call me. No record on my phone from her.

Now apparently they have some new guy who is instructed to do the same thing. Called today, was told he’s too busy to help me and he would call me back. NO CALL BACK. Do they want my business or not? They are not the only dentist in town. Beware of these strange and unethical office practices.
