There is a lot of things to love about this dental practice. First and foremost, the staff is really good and on top of things. They’re so nice, friendly, and helpful, and I’ve appreciated their communication and transparency. They’re good about explaining costs and insurance, and they really know what they’re talking about. Second, the office is beautiful and downtown Woodinville.

Third, one of the big values (at least it seemed to me) is that they’re proactive about health. Rather than waiting for problems to pop up, they take a preventative first approach and provide helpful health advice. Of course they’re still super on top of solving problems when they do arise. I also like the holistic approach they take when appropriate. Fourth, they get the job done gently and effectively.

I genuinely do not like going to doctors or dentists, but the office makes it so easy. The teeth cleanings I’ve had here were so gentle, quick, and straightforward. Thanks for helping me take care of my teeth.

Kind office staff, sadly when I came to have my wisdom tooth examined when I noticed signs of infection I was told it was not actually infected. Two months after severe health issues I was diagnosed by a different provider with infected wisdom teeth that had been for the past months that I’d been under the impression were fine. Cost of treatment is much higher than other dental providers who do the same type of work unfortunately.

Run the chance of something being misdiagnosed if you’re seen here :( I also had a front tooth extraction that was badly infected so a lot of bone loss, when seeking option for a slightly more permanent tooth (bridge) the staff strongly discouraged my desire and I was told by the dentist I have more important things to worry about than a front tooth having a good replacement (I had a tray that had to be removed at every meal). Not to mention when I asked about cost for the bridge they didn’t want to do they told me $5k. I had this done easily with another provider and the cost was 1/5 of what they quoted.

Bummer I had these experiences here, I had high hopes!

I recently transferred care to Dr. Malouf to try a holistic dentist. The whole experience was great starting with the friendly front desk and thorough dental hygienist. Dr Malouf is knowledgeable and has good bedside manner. I would definitely recommend!

Got my regular teeth cleaning yesterday with Dr Gabriel and team. It’s always such a great experience. I feel like part of the family while I am there. Everyone says hello, what’s been up, got any big plans. Anyone on the fence about this place, just needs to become part of this family and you will always feel welcome.
