I made an appt for my daughter and I and they did my daughters teeth then told me they didn't have time for me so I had to reschedule. . They were very nice but are very hard to get ahold of at times I was on hold for 35 min I hung up and called back and it said they were busy answering other customers and once I got to the place I walked in while on hold and they were just sitting there not on the phone and no other customers were there. When I came for my appt i needed a teeth cleaning and fillings. They did fillings before they did the cleaning and the fillings don't feel right.

When she cleaned my teeth it was very unprofessional she just used a brush on my teeth and it took her not even a minute and she said I was done. . . I've been to many dentists and the way they did things there was just different. She seemed to always be in rush to get as many people in as she could.

When we left the waiting room was packed I came back a second time I was scheduled for Saturday and the doors were locked. . I feel like ive wasted alot of time coming here i really wanted to love this place.

I recently visited sweet smiles, and had a disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, making me feel un welcomed. The wait time was excessively long, and the dentist rushed through my appointment without addressing my concerns. Overall I left feeling dissatisfied and would not recommend this office to other.

I needed to find a new dentist since I moved and didn't want to travel a hour to my last dentist, so I tried this place. It started out great with being able to make an appointment so quickly. However that is probably the only good thing that happened. I was brought back right away and they took pictures of my teeth. Then sat in the chair for a hour while I waited for the dentist to see me. She finally was able to see me, I was there for a routine cleaning. And wow did she rush me and handle me so roughly I have never experienced that in 30 years of going to the dentist. She got water EVERYWHERE all over my face and glasses. I think she spent maybe 10 minutes with me and then had the assistant brush my teeth. My teeth didn't even feel like they were cleaned. She also said I had 2 cavities (my first cavity ever) and asked if I wanted it done now. I said no because I didn't like how fast and rough she was plus I was already there for so long waiting. I was feeling uneasy about the treatment I had but I thought hey maybe they had a bad day so I made an appointment to come back for my fillings. I had a different dentist for my fillings, they were able to see me right away this time. They made me pay up front for 2 fillings before taking me back though.

He looked at my teeth for a few minutes. . . then said I only needed one filling. I told him I already paid but he said don't worry they will refund me. This dentist was a lot nicer to me and gentler and the process went well and painless. I told the lady at the desk on my way out about my refund. They said they couldn't do it and the 'manager' had to do it. I asked them to call me the next day to update me on the refund and they said they would. Come next day, no call. I call them at the end of the day, they assured me again I would be refunded and the manager just came in this afternoon. I said ok and waited. Monday comes and no call. I called AGAIN and asked about my refund. NOTHING, they can't help me I have to wait for the 'manager'.

So I waited 2 weeks. Nothing. No refund comes through on my bank statement. I called for a third time. Talked to the lady that answered and had to tell her about my refund again like no one even knew about it. She put me on hold for 15 minutes. Then apparently put the refund through after another 5 minutes of waiting. I asked her how long it would take as I've been waiting for 2 weeks already and she said she didn't know. So I can't say I got my refund yet. I'll have to wait longer to see if they actually did it. With all these events that happened, I would NOT recommend this place. I felt like they did not take care of me and didn't care about refunding my money and would have just kept it if I didn't keep calling.
