I went here for an emergency dental extraction. Avoid this place please! This is the worst dental experience I have ever had in my life. On the medical history form I checked boxes for "previous bad dental experience", and "anxiety". The assistant who took my blood pressure commented that my heart rate was high. They proceeded to inject me multiple times with an anesthetic that contained ephedrine anyway without asking me any questions or warning me beforehand. So I went into a full on panic attack with heart racing and lips trembling and did not even know why.

I could barely understand the doctor multiple times I had to ask her to repeat herself so this added to my anxiety. I was in tears and panting and they told me they needed to give me more, so they did more injections on top of my already speeded out state. After this nightmarish experience, I told the doctor that I needed a doctor's note and she said the front desk lady would take care of it. I also asked for the second time about a prescription for antibiotics and was told the doctor/dentist would call it in. I was in a distraught state and realized that the front desk person had not given me my doctor's note, I had to knock on the locked door and she let me in and took ten minutes to type it up for me. HOURS later and after three phone calls to their number, the dentist still had not called my antibiotics in to my pharmacy.

So she just left the office and ignored the multiple phone calls asking her to do so. I am now waiting overnight to see if my antibiotics are going to be called in and having to know that I have to call them and further push them to do so. I cannot recommend this place. Avoid them at all costs.

Caroline's is the most nicest highest I have ever known in the USA and I have been here over 30 years, she was good and careful cleaning my teeth and also she was so patient and super loving while doing lots of X-rays on me. So happy o went here today. Amazing Caroline stay that way!!!!

I recently went to Swift Creek dental because I received a flyer in the mail that advertised a $79 comprehensive exam that was regularly priced 500+ dollars. I’ve had some rough periods of life in more ways than one, so my teeth reflect that as well. The team at Swift Creek dental made me feel like everything that was happening in my mouth was OK and didn’t make me a bad person. They designed a care plan for me and scheduled my first appointment for a week out. I had seven fillings on the top of my mouth.

Dr. Tailor and her team made sure that I was comfortable, and I always felt as though my comfort was their first concern, Dr. Tailor took her time on each filling, matching the composite perfectly to the color of my teeth so that it blended perfectly. She gave me Novacaine as needed so that I was always comfortable and never feeling any pain. I would absolutely 100% recommend Swift Creek dental to anyone and everyone needing dental care.

All dental care is expensive, but Swift Creek dental is averagely priced for the area And you definitely get what you pay for with them!! I will definitely be returning as well as recommending this practice to everyone I know. It’s hard to find a good dentist who cares and wants the best for her patients, not just wants all their money. 1000/10 would definitely recommend!!!!!
