Absolutely horrible experience with this dentist. There was a storm coming through this evening; and when I arrived at the location, the store was locked. I looked through my emails and phone in search of any notification that the office would be closed. I received no email, no text, and no phone call to notify me that my appointment had been canceled.

I wasted 40 minutes driving in poor weather conditions while their staff was let go home. Upon calling the doctor, he said "What do you want me to do?" The lack of professionalism is disgusting. Not to mention that their office staff are impersonable, the floors are filthy, and their furniture falling apart. How can you trust these people to clean your teeth if they can't even clean up their office?
