Our very first visit, my daughter was scared. They were great with her. So nice, and they loved to talk and get her settled. Couldn't brag enough (actually still sitting in the waiting room lol)

Receptionist answering the phone was very rude. Refused to schedule my child until I scheduled a cleaning. When I explained to her we went every year at a certain time and that year is still current she still refused to make an appointment for my child until I scheduled a cleaning. I then called Dr. McKenna Orthodontics in Morristown,Tn and they were so kind and scheduled me right away never even asking about the last cleaning.

I would not recommend going to Dr. Tackett. If this is how they treat potential patients, I would not want to use them.

11 months with Invisalign has absolutely changed my life it’s brought my smile back a moved the anxiety out of my life! I would even try not to laugh in public or even around friends to avoid showing how my teeth had set up. Dr. Tackett an his staff are super nice an very respectful, responsible an reasonable I highly recommend them.
