I was referred to Dr Gauger's office for multiple teeth that needed extracting. I had five impacted wisdom teeth and two more that needed to go. I set up a consultation appointment and waited for the day to arrive. I met with Dr Gauger during the consultation. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the surgery and answered any questions I had without hesitation. I was also given the pricing for the operation before I left. Finally, the day of my surgery arrived.

I was beyond nervous. Dr. Gauger and his staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Later in the evening, Doc even called me to see how I was. I am forever grateful for the people in this office. Dr Gauger and his team saved my life. I can't put a price or any amount of stars on that. I highly recommend this office!!!

Extremely poor experience. I was referred here to have my daughter’s wisdom teeth removed by her orthodontist. The front desk receptionist is passive aggressive and rude and so was the assistant that took my daughter back for the procedure. My daughter was nervous and wanted me back there just while they got her started and they would not let me go back to support her. I was not asking to stay for the surgery because I know that needs to be a sterile environment. I have been in the dental industry for over 23 years so I know how everything works.

I have three other children who went to Harbor Oral surgery and they are FANTASTIC! I should have just stayed with them. Harbor Oral Surgery even offers a professional discount. I would not recommend them to anyone based on the interaction with the staff. I can’t say anything negative about the doctor, but his staff are rude and not what who I would want my patients to greeted for a first impression.

Dr. Gauger and his staff are incredible - this is coming from someone who is absolutely terrified and distrusting of dentists and all things related! I also never write reviews but feel compelled by the great experience I had. I was extremely nervous for my extractions but the experience couldn’t have been more simple, comfortable, and professional. The nurses/assistants/front desk staff were so kind and helpful and supportive. Dr.

Gauger called me later in the evening after my surgery to check on me even though they closed the office early that day for a holiday weekend. I felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. The best part is they are very no frills. You’re in and you’re out quickly for the x ray and consultation (30 min), surgery (45min for all 4 wisdom teeth), and the post op check up was like 10 minutes! Very reasonable prices as well, I was expecting to pay much more.
