The staff in front and back have been pleasant. Safety measures are good and I feel safe. I'm not waiting long which is a plus! Hygienist is pleasant and thorough. Dr. Davis, I really like her manners and don't feel like she just trying to find something but I feel the job is complete. I haven't had any problems with my fillings. Billing has not been a problem. There was once I was told that I had a service that no one told me about bc of "gum disease" :( "Who said that?").
So with irrigation payment and return in 3 months recommended. Nope I didn't pay for that and don't have a clue what that was about perhaps a mix up in clients. When scheduling I am told 3 months but I continue with what the insurance requires unless there are other matters going on. Hey nothing major so it's a good outcome for me. It is difficult to getting appointments within a 6 weeks. I guess that says something for the Doc. Parking is ample and free also.

I went to Dr Davis for a sleep apnea device because she was covered by my insurance. It was a terrible experience. I previously worked with another Dentist and I would go back to Dr Tong in a heartbeat after this experience. My device from Dr Davis doesn't fit, and she didn't make adjustments as required, nor take a half of minute to talk to me about the fit.
I still have excruciating pain if I try even for a second to put the device in my mouth. Steer clear! Her assistants took poor scans, and the whole experience was clearly looking to maximize insurance payment instead of patient care. Do not go here if you are referred by your insurance - go to Dr Tong in Rockville instead.

Have been seeing Dr. Davis since she took over from former Dentist and have always been treated very courteous and professional. Due to moving to Delaware I’m faced now to look for another Dentist. Though heartbroken, I say thanks to Dr. Davis and good bye to all her staff.
