Long Haul

I'm very grateful to Dr. Buttar for her meticulous work during my deep cleaning—zero sensitivity, and everything went smoothly, as always. The whole experience was friendly and professional. I sometimes read reviews and wonder where people get such negative experiences at this office, which I've been visiting with my daughter for years. I can only assume that some doctors may not work as smoothly as Dr.

Buttar, Dr. Campos (who did sealants for my daughter), or Dr. Shalomoff (who placed two implants and did three root canals with crowns). But blaming the entire office for one doctor's work doesn’t seem fair. I hope my review helps clear things up!😎

My dentist mentioned that she was extremely tired and unable to focus. She accidentally spilled water on me and didn’t even apologize—such rude and unprofessional behavior. The dental cleaning itself was subpar as well. I definitely won’t be returning.

if I could give this place a zero I would, I had been approved by my dental carrier, and was seeking a new dentist-i noticed that this TCN dentist wasnt far from me, I had previous cosmetic dentistry at another another dentist. I was looking for a a dentist who was closer and who could complete the work since i was already approved by my insurance. I called to make an appointment to see Dr. Edward Shalomov, i was greeted by a rude and un-professional receptionist by the name Marist, i asked to speak to a manager, she left me on hold and never came back to the phone.

when i called back she rudely hung up on me. i called back and she used some expletive's that shouldn't be used at the work place. i will be filing a complaint with the BBB, DCWP. , and with my attorney.

this person has o business working in a customer service environment and should be terminated immediately. i would never ever step foot in this place even if they were next door to me. i will never ever refer any of my colleagues to this dentist.
