Dr. Miller is ok though she needs to be more communicative with her patients. I went there as they were the only ones in the are who took Anthem Medicaid. They decided I needed a partial (but didn't inform me what side or if it was permanent or removable). This was in December of 2024. I had an appt scheduled to begin the process of extractions so they could do the partial but had to reschedule due to being in the hospital and on blood thinners which they were not comfortable doing the extractions while in then which was fine. We rescheduled to May of 25.

When I went in for the appt they informed me that as of the 1st of the year they had stopped accepting Anthem Medicaid. I had received a few texts from then in the intervening months and morning was said about this. I'm the 5 months I could have found a new dentist or come up with another solution to the problem. They should have informed their patients that were on Anthem about this but evidently they just don't care to make the effort. They had months to do this. They were nice and apologetic but c'mon. .

. . 5 MONTHS and you couldn't inform people so they could make alternate assignments?!? It can't be that hard to do. Fortunately I found a dentist who's close but unfortunately it's going to be another month before I can see them. Just very disappointed in Team DDS's lack of effort. Also the check in process is as difficult as others have posted and it's easier to get a text from them than a phone call as the phone is hardly ever answered.

I was very nervous to go through with my appt today. But Dr. Miller and her assistant Jen were absolutely amazing. I walked out of the office very confident and satisfied with her services. Very caring and didn't make me feel judged for my teeth. I will forever be thankful for Dr. Miller.

Missy Thiergart

Wish I could give neg stars. Very confrontational and unprofessional. Stated I needed an extraction to get surgical clearance. Stated it looked like I "may" have some infection. Did not show me any of the xrays.

Went to another dentist today, he showed me all the X-rays and reviewed them with me. Stated there was no infection and said I was good for surgery. Do not go here if you want good professional care.
