Don’t waste your time going here. They will lie and tell you that your insurance is good ( & you know it’s good) for services then bill you after they gave you the dental services you needed for your health. They are all about money. The staff will seem nice at first but will argue you down so you can pay. Dr. Baker gets his staff to do his dirty work after he lied to you.

I like the service I received and I didn't have to wait long to see the dentist when I go to the dentist in the South Shore area I have to wait a little bit too long and I always have to go back for the same work that I had done we fix at a different location but coming to the 47th Street location I kind of like that better but I would like him to stay in my own neighborhood I just need a different dentist cuz I don't like going back and forth for the same work but overall I had a good experience with a different dentist at the 47th Street location

Dr. Baker is the best.. I spent years being hopeless toward the dental Industry. He has the calm, comforting demeanor needed for me to continue on my path to oral health. I had no idea how my cavities were deteriorating my health and quality of life. He even works on my children. Thank you Dr. Baker for saving my life

I went to this dentist March 31st, 2025. I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance for cleaning and two wisdom teeth extraction. When Dr Cheng cleaned my teeth it was fine up until it was time for my extraction. First she was yanking on my teeth which caused soooo much pressure. I was extremely uncomfortable.

Then she got irritated cause my reflex had grabbed her hand, I told her you’re hurting me and you see that im in pain. ILike you clearly see me squirming in the chair in discomfort. She knew the entire time she couldn’t do the extraction but yet she kept pulling. Then they took breaks and were working on other people as if I wasn’t there for 2 hours already. Then she tried again just to tell me she’s leaving some of my tooth in!! Like you could’ve said that 2 hours ago, instead you kept pulling and cut my lip.

Then she gave me prescription, didn’t go over it with me or anything. Dr Shaina Cheng is very unprofessional and didn’t know how to extract a wisdom tooth. Then they had the nerve to charge me for a half done job. The man Dr once pulled two of wisdom teeth in under 10 minutes and she took 2 hours with me in pain and very comfortable. Worst experience ever and very disorganized
