Update: BEWARE of Dr. Betty's shenanigans! 🤬 Hello! I'm recommending Team Dental Family Dentistry because of their knowledgeable, caring and diverse staff. (As stated in previous comments, the front desk showed no professionalism and didn't greet me when I entered. 2 of the 3 ppl that sit up front served no purpose as only 1 person worked. . . don't be discouraged by this). As soon as I'm taken back which didn't take long.

. . I have an awesome experience where I'm able to ask questions and receive perfect explanations. There is a spirit of excellence that I haven't experienced before Team Dental. I really appreciate the care and attention I received here and am looking forward to my next visit. I also had a great experience on the phone with Tiffany who helped me before my appointment. DO NOT COME HERE! They are scammers. I came here August 29th for a cleaning and was told I needed a root canal. I was referred to go to (South Loop Dental Specialist) for the procedure and then come back for a crown. The first time back I was told they were preparing my tooth for the crown.

The second time I was told the crown isn’t ready and still at the lab. The third time I was told that I needed to make an initial payment for my crown so I can be fitted for one and it can be sent to the lab. Each appointment was a month apart and I’ve went out a crown for over 2 months Out of $2000+

This place is a scam they stole 2000 from me when I prepaid for dental work I never had done. Run for the hills don’t trust Dr. Baker smiley face or his staff full of it! Good luck with getting anyone on the phone and they will also try and defraud your insurance company also
