Dishonest Practice and Unnecessary Procedures – Stay Away! I’m absolutely appalled by our experience at Tebo Dentistry. During a routine checkup for our daughter, they claimed she had multiple cavities that needed immediate treatment. Suspicious of their pushy demeanor and lack of transparency, we decided to get a second opinion from a trusted family dentist. Guess what? NO CAVITIES WERE FOUND. Not a single one.
This is beyond unprofessional—it’s a blatant scam to upsell unnecessary procedures and squeeze money out of worried parents. The fact that they’d lie about a child’s health for profit is unethical and downright disgusting. We’re furious that they tried to manipulate us into agreeing to treatments our daughter didn’t need. Do NOT trust this practice. Their “diagnosis” seems to rely more on their bottom line than actual patient care.
We’re reporting this to relevant dental boards and urge others to seek honest, reputable dentists instead. Avoid Tebo Dentistry at all costs—your wallet and your family’s health deserve better.

Leave this comment so they can improve. I had my three children's appointment and arrived on time after picking them up at three different schools. They let two of them in, and I waited patiently for the third, and they never called him. I asked twice, and they told me they would call him an a minute but No, After letting eight more people in, and 45 minutes later…they wanted to see my son, which was unbelievable to me. I went in and found that several of those people had also come in to cleaning. The manager came and apologized. .
. but too much time had already passed, and it wasn't fair. In my opinion, they should also respect our time. If you arrive 10 minutes late, they won't see you. Now, in my opinion, they should also work on Saturdays, so the kids don't miss class.

I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the treatment my 7-year-old son and I received during a recent emergency visit. He was in visible pain due to a broken silver crown that was poking into his mouth, making it difficult for him to eat or speak clearly. He also developed rosy cheeks and a low-grade fever, suggesting a possible infection or allergic reaction. After taking X-rays, the dentist acknowledged that the crown needed to be replaced—then left the room. A young staff member came in only to inform me how much I would need to pay out-of-pocket, as insurance wouldn’t cover the cost. I explained that this was an emergency and that I couldn’t immediately afford the amount quoted.
Her response was condescending and insensitive: “Well, this is your predicament. ” I asked if the dentist could at least remove the crown to relieve my son’s pain. She refused, saying the dentist could “lose their license,” which felt like a poor excuse given the urgency of the situation. I reminded her that ignoring a child’s pain can lead to far worse outcomes—including infection—and potentially crosses into medical neglect. Still, I was dismissed and sent to the scheduler, where I had to repeat everything, only to be further ignored. No payment plan was offered until I explicitly pointed out the unethical handling of my son’s pain.
A pediatric dental office should always prioritize a child’s well-being, regardless of the parent’s financial situation. Refusing to provide even basic pain relief in an emergency because of payment concerns is not only unethical—it may violate child protection laws. My son will be returning only because I had no choice but to pay the full amount. However, I will not be returning after this, and I will be reporting this experience to the appropriate boards. You’ve lost our trust and two patients.

I currently have braces with them. It's a nice place, for sure! Clean facility, happy and helpful staff all around!
