Disappointed - when trying to fit a simple child's checkup appointment into their schedule- they wouldn't book 11:30am as it is too close to their "lunchtime at noon". No problem though - I'll just take my family over to the Dental Health Centre who have way more flexible appt times. I recommend you do the same. Enjoy your lunch guys.

We visited Dr. Kerr for a tongue-tie assessment for our infant. Dr. Kerr was honest about our baby perhaps not needing a revision but rather chiropractic care or cranial sacral therapy.

She gave us a lot of time even though she knew we may not come back for the procedure. She is very knowledgable and up to date on the latest research. I trust her expertise completely. We will definitely visit her again when the need arises!

Dr. Jennifer Kerr is great. I love to go here because of her service and sound advice. Unfortunately she no longer practices here. Dr. Steve N is now the primary dentist here and he is not great. He shy away from responsibilities and would do minimal work as a dentist.

I came for cavity removal for my older kids - he can't do 'because' they are kids. I asked for advice on my younger kids grinding teeths at night and asked for the mouth guard. He says there is no and just let it be, even though the grind strong enough at night to nearly break their teeth and keep us up. My kids needs floride treatment and needs confirmation that they are follow up on treatment - but he refused to do because "kids are not his patients" - even though my family have been here for nearly 10 years. He can't identify any of the issues, while I go to other dentists for second opinions and they are able to identify the cause and recommendations for treatments. Since 2019, the practices here downscale alot. Cleaning is done by the DHs, but the goods ones are no longer there.

There were initially 5-6 + DH and assistances now there are 3. All of which are young inexperienced DHs who is afraid to touch your teeth for cleaning. The clinic also reduced hours to no longer working weekends. The receptionist are reduced from 3 to 1. After nearly 10 years of service, I would have to take my family elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks.
