I mistakenly went to the Cedarburg location, where the receptionist was very kind and gave me directions to the Columbia Rd location. I arrived at 8:03 for my 8:00 appointment. The receptionist was on the phone for a lengthy amount of time and did not wave or acknowledge me in any way. After her phone call I told her I don't have my insurance card and am waiting on the company to send a new one I asked if she could look me up, as over the phone they said I was covered. She said she could, but because it was now 8:15 I wouldn't receive all the scheduled services.

At this point she still had not looked up my insurance. She then said I could have saved us time by filling out the paperwork which had been just off to the side, never actually handed to me. She suggested I could just pay out of pocket today. Again, hadn't looked up my insurance. When I insisted she was able to pull it up immediately, but now it's about 8:20.

I said I would come back when they are able to fulfill the scheduled cleaning and procedures, and she still tried to push for me to just get X-rays. It was a very strange, unwelcoming, and uncomfortabtle experience. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.

Tammy at the front desk, the African American hygienist - sorry did not catch her name, as well as Dr Shay are all so kind, friendly and genuinely listened during my appointment. I am a new patient and I am very impressed. Dr Shay made me feel very at ease and is very easy to converse with both professionally and personally.

I am so happy I found Teeth and Co!! Dr Shay is an amazing dentist!! She is so kind and understanding. I never felt more at ease in the dentist chair! The entire office staff is super friendly and professional. Twice recently I had dental emergencies and they did everything they possibly could to get me in quickly to help. I’ve also convinced my husband to become a patient also!
