For the past year I was considering not going back to this place, but regretfully I did use their services again and it has cost me $3000 out of pocket, even though I have dental insurance. I was told by the office manager (Kara) that the implant procedure was covered by my insurance, but I had to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed from the insurance company on at least 2 separate occasions. I scheduled the procedure for a few months later to take advantage of the insurance that I was switching to, and apparently Kara did not really do an important part of her job to actually verify that the procedure was covered, at least that is how I feel. Twice I was told by Kara that the insurance would reimburse me. It has been a few months now and I have not gotten either of our reimbursements.

So I called the insurance company and I was informed that the dentist that performed my procedure was not in the system, so they will not cover it. It would seem to me that since Kara knows all of the billing codes and deals with insurance on a daily basis, she should have checked this as I don’t have a clue about what codes are used or if the dentist is recognized by a particular insurance company. I feel that I was lied to and duped by Kara. I know that they don’t care because they got their money, but rest assured they will never get another dime from me. I would call and express my frustration about this, but during the “so called” reimbursement time, several calls were made, messages left, told by her that she was going to find out what was going on, and still I had to find out from the insurance company myself what the problem was.

Maybe she knew this and was afraid to tell me that she had made a mistake. Nevertheless, stay away from this place as it is an absolute billing nightmare and in my opinion absolutely incompetent about the office side of the business.

This place is a billing nightmare. We had to switch dentists as they changed their billing name without notifying insurance and our insurance viewed them as out of network. We last received service in April 2024. My wife paid a check in August 2024 that cleared our personal banking account 3 days later.

In March 2025, they claimed the check that had cleared my account had been listed as insufficient funds in November 2024, and they wanted us to resubmit the payment. We honestly thought it was someone trying to defraud us under the guise of a hacked email. I mean how would a check bounce three months after the check had cleared? And why would a legitimate business wait an additional four months to ask about a check that allegedly bounced? However, to our astonishment, this is the actual dentist office. I am now in the process of proving that they cleared the check seven months ago and that I was never “reimbursed” like their bank thinks I was.

I have never had this many issues with any medical provider before this. Please beware if you’re considering using them and keep track of all transactions as you never know what they may try to collect.

Horrible customer service! I was told I had to pay up front for my service and that my insurance would reimburse me directly. However, my insurance ended up reimbursing them instead of me. . . they got paid twice for the same service! Now, over 3 months later I still keep getting the run around about when I will get my refund.

One day they take my card information and tell me they will refund it the next day. One day they tell me the owners are out of town and will refund my money as soon as they return in 2 weeks. Still nothing. I call today and they tell me that they have to get approval and they have no time frame for that, even though I provided them with the EOB that shows where they were paid directly. Please be hesitant when they ask you for your money up front and don't make the same mistake I did!!
