Dr chan really made pulling a bad baby tooth out of my 9 year old Autistic son as easily as It could have been nervous about how it was going to go but thankfully Dr Chan an the great staff was great an patience with my boy we had to swaddle him because he is unwilling to let anyone check his teeth s I highly recommend them So thank you Dr Chan an to the whole staff

I have a special needs child and there is no one else I trust to have the patience and understanding that his staff and him have. I have tried other dentists but he is top notch. He just had to pull a couple teeth on my kid and was so quick we didn't realize right away that he had the first one out.

I have two children that went here they did not allow me to come to the back with my children until my child was so scared for them to drill/work on there mouth and also they banned my children from coming because of rescheduling there appointments smh

If i could leave no starts i would! Terrible office staff, for the most part i dont really have complaints with the actual dentist but his office staff is horrible. There rude and should not be working with kids. They let the kids pick a toy at the end. My daughter who is two years old mind you had dropped one if the toys while she was picking one out and it broke mind you these toys are like the 20lb bag of party favors u order off temu so like a kazoo and plastic rings that the jewel falls off and become a chocking hazard.

So the office staff slams the toy chest shut barly catching my daughters fongers and said ok were done now. Just rude she was annoyed with my 2 year old for being 2 and made it very clear, they later discharged us for missing an appintment. Honestly they did us a favor cause like i said the office staff are rude and snooty. I did drop the ball and miss the appointment but i had called and stated that i hadn’t heard anything from them in a while and I knew that my son had an appointment coming up so I wanted to check on that cause as a busy mom of two that works full-time and has a son that requires several different kinds of specialty appointments along side of dentist appointments sometimes I rely on the reminder text and calls and that i hadnt heard anything from them in a while she told me that she had called me and left a message when she did not later it came out that they had my old phone number instead of my new phone number even though I updated the phone number for my daughter and my son but they only updated it for my daughter so I was getting calls and text for my daughter but not my son.

So instead of saying im sorry it looks like we only updated the number for your daughter they said well thats not my problem and i dont have to remind u of ur appointments its a Courtesy. Maybe its just me but i perfer an office that has a little more compassion for its Patients and has The Patience to work with children. Thank u for helping me move in to a better office in grand blanc who is more Equipped to work with children and busy mothers like myself if u need a great childrens dentist This is not it go to Grand blanc pediatric Dentistry
