Horrible horrible experience! They ruined my bite and their bad dental work has caused me so much pain. They are also dishonest with billings. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! I came here to have a crown replaced but the new crown they made was a poor fit for my teeth. The dentist then shaved down a good tooth without consent (twice!!) to force the crown to fit.

She purposely shaved and made my left back molars too low and now I can’t eat or chew properly, my front top and bottom teeth hit constantly and I am in pain. Instead of fixing my bite, she proposed unnecessary procedures on my other teeth (got a second opinion and those were not required). The dentist is also quick to dismiss patient concerns, and gaslights a lot. The dental assistant and receptionist were sweet but trying to have a conversation with the dentist is impossible and every visit was an exhausting mix of gaslighting and upselling.

When I asked for x-rays/my bite impression prior to treatment to compare, they conveniently didn’t have them or had tossed them! They are also dishonest with billings (other reviews mention this). Overall, the whole experience felt very negligent and unprofessional where they will cut corners and create new problems in your mouth so they can make more money off you. They left my crown incomplete because I don’t want to get unnecessary treatment done on other teeth.

I've been going here for a year now, and now that I'm leaving WA I felt like I should leave a review on my experience so far. Teresa Kang has been awesome, she gets to know you, her staff knows what they're doing and always makes appointments enjoyable.

Today I had a filling done on one of my teeth by Teresa and Abby they did such a great job and it went so smooth I was shocked I was done :) I've been to many dentists but this one by far has been my favorite 😊

I’ve had good dentists before. I’ve never had an excellent dentist before. I definitely have never had an entire excellent office before. I’m pretty sure they are part of some secret military program that does some freaky science stuff to create an army ofsuper dentist offices. You know the stuff I’m talking about; bubbling tanks of unnaturally colors liquids, wires to a big board of switches and screens, a slightly disheveled, concerned-looking guy with a clipboard. Standard freaky secret government program stuff. They might be cyborgs. They had it together every step of the way. Efficient. Knowledgeable.

Organized. Personable. I’m a stranger. You may look at this review skeptically. I get it. Just to prove it: 1. They actively discussed amongst themselves during the exam how to code the things for insurance billing to make sure everything that could be covered by my insurance would be. 2. They. Were.

On. Time. I didn’t wait for 45 min. Only to be moved to another room to wait another 27 min. I checked-in, sat down, waited less than 5 min, and was ushered back to the recliner of bright lights and weird noises. And they gave me sweet sunglasses to battle the bright lights. These are your teeth wizards. Take it from me and my shiny chompers.
