I have had some bad experiences with dentist and was skeptical but Dr. Hilderbrand and her assistants made me feel so at ease! My appointment was very thorough and informative. I’m glad I decided to try them out! Excellent all around.

Let me start by saying everyone here is super sweet. They’re very nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, everything else was not good. I went in to get some fillings done. The first time they took me back, numbed me, and then promptly forgot about me for an hour. It was getting to the point that I was afraid I was going to need more numbing.

After I got the fillings done one of them immediately cracked. Literally the next day. It was incredibly painful. When I went back to get it fixed they redid the filling and informed me that if I was still having problems after this that they’d have to refer me to a “root canal specialist. ” Now, even after the redone filling, my tooth is still so painful that I can’t chew on one side of my mouth. It’s worse than if I just still had the cavity.

They also waited 4 months to submit any of the claims through my insurance. Now I have to find and pay a different dentist or, according to them, a specialist to fix the teeth they worked on, on top of paying for the work that’s left me in pain for months. I feel awful leaving this review as the people there were really sweet and I feel like they actually tried to help. The actual work just doesn’t hold up.
