I’ve been a patient of this office since 2009, before they were even in the new building in Texas Corners. The dental staff is great, no issues there. The office staff is another story. They cannot get anything right; insurance, scheduling, records management, it’s all a hot mess and has been steadily declining for the last several years.

Conveniently located and have had great experience with my hygienist, but be prepared if you are a family, that rescheduling is almost impossible. To get two apts back to back moved it was 6 months out rescheduling.

If you can stick to apts when you already schedule 6 months in advance with kids, which we have for many years, this office is a great option! If you have kids events that pop up and vacations, be prepared that rescheduling is challenging.

The entire staff was so kind and accommodating. I chipped a tooth and they squeezed me in the next day (right before the holiday weekend) for repair. They were also very understanding about bringing my 2 year-old daughter along with me, which I know is an inconvenience.

I know how busy you all are, but taking the time to be so kind, thorough, and welcoming will make me a lifelong patient at your office. Thank you!

Dr. Clare Harrison is absolutely amazing! The entire staff employed here are truly welcoming and very reassuring. With a history of having bad experiences with dentist in the past, I tend to experience quite a bit of anxiety having to go to the dentist. This has completely changed since seeing Dr.

Harrison. Thank you so much for everything you do to accommodate my needs and reassurance while being in your care.
