Dr Karl Cuddy, Grace and nurses were amazing during my son’s 3 dental surgeries. They gave us an estimate which was explained in details. The day of each the surgery explained the procedure again and let me know how it was going and keep me updating with his recovery from the anesthesia.

It was a 2 years process and I am happy with the results and they made it less stressful for us. Thank you so much for your hard work!!!

I was supposed to have all of my wisdom teeth removed last August and scheduled an appointment months in advance. Approximately 2 weeks before the appointment, it was cancelled because the anesthesiologist was not available. The appointment was never rebooked and as we are in a pandemic at the moment, I’m not sure when I will ever be able to get them removed.

My Wisdom teeth removal has been long overdue, causing me cavities, movement of my teeth, and severe jaw pain due to their inability to schedule their doctors accordingly. Don’t waste your time trying to get an appointment if your teeth are important to you. They don’t consider your health and well-being here at all.

Another note, I called in many times and even went in to speak to the receptionist from August until February in attempt to reschedule and they would just tell me to wait for them to call. Completely unprofessional, and to think I paid hundreds of dollars for a consultation just to continue to experience nearly ongoing pain and discomfort.

The Bloor Clinic team went above and beyond my expectations, from the front of desk to the doctor consultation I felt super comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole process. The receptionist was very kind and the doctor was extremely thorough with examining me. He took the time to explain my options and his opinions in great detail.
