I came in for my scheduled appointment to get my teeth cleaned, and the female Dentist who was taking care of me invested more attention into having a conversation with me than she did actually cleaning my teeth effectively. Once she identified the issue I had with my teeth the focus shifted more on selling me on their services. I scheduled another visit to fix some things not addressed on my last appointment only to be turned away by a male dentist who informed there was no one available to see me.

This occurred even after I spoke directly to the same female dentist as before regarding this issue over the phone the previous week and was told that she would be the one I would be meeting with, thus resulting in my time being wasted. Again, it has become more about selling me on their services than being a place I want to come back to, based on my previous experience.

I had an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. The front desk staff was amazing and knowledgeable. Dr. Choi, who had to do a few extractions over the span of a few weeks, was great with making me feel at ease the duration of the process. He explained everything that was to come and changed my perception of the "dentist".
