In the past I would’ve recommended this dental office but ever since the witch up in staff it has been a complete disaster there also nobody knows what’s going on as far as the work you need done when you make it clear to them. They make you feel very uncomfortable like they are doing something wrong.

I hate to do this, but if I could give The Bronx Dental Center 0 stars, I would. I am a director in health care and I value the importance of confirming an appointment for patients prior to their visit. On July 8th, I submitted a form to request an appointment for July 15th. I received a confirmation email notifying me about the appointment request the next day.

The email states someone would get back to me to confirm. Today, Monday, July 14th, I still have not received a call or confirmation from this office. I’ve texted and called several times. I wanted to confirm my appointment and confirm my insurance was taken - I have not received any type of call or text about my pending appointment.

Please ask your front desk or scheduling department to check out the Scheduling Institute, they have a lot of great programs and training to avoid this type of issue. And if the problem is high volume calls, please reword the email potential patients receive. This was very frustrating and I hope your scheduling system improves.

This dental office is one of the best. The staff is very professional and always had a good attitude. I feel safe going there and I really like this place.

Honestly? Best dental visit I’ve had. From the second I walked in, the receptionist set the tone. Super friendly, welcoming, and just has that energy that makes you feel comfortable right away. She’s fun, really on top of things, and always looks presentable. You can tell she actually cares and takes her job seriously. The whole staff was amazing.

The woman who did my cleaning, I think she was Venezuelan, had me laughing the whole time. I didn’t even know that was possible while getting your teeth cleaned, but she made it happen. The dentists were so professional. They explained everything clearly, took their time, and made me feel like I could actually trust them. That means a lot coming from someone who’s usually skeptical at medical offices.
