I have a 7 year old Autistic son who will never let someone touch him and much more look at his teeth, but today WOW! He had a huge trust on Dr. O'Bannon and her apprentice, as well as Ms. Marcelina.

The front desk Gal was absolutely so welcoming and super nice! I absolutely loved all the staff and how my sons felt around them, they were gentle, patient and very very HELPFUL. I will definitely recommend this Dentistry for parents like me who struggle finding a great dentist for their kids with or without disability☺️

There are so many things wrong with this place. 1. Callous doctors - took out more teeth than required. 2. Zero follow-ups. ZERO. 3. Extremely rude and dismissive staff. Post-dental surgery my son has been complaining of tooth ache.

We couldn't get hold of the doctor who performed the surgery. The staff straight up refused to help. The second day my son started complaining of throat pain and ear pain. He couldn't swallow anything - not even water. Again, we couldn't get hold of the doctor. The staff told us to go check with primary care. There is minimal to no help from this place after the surgery. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

I’ve been coming here 20 years…since I was a kid, now I take my own kids. I used to love it here but the past few years things have changed, the reception staff is always rude especially on the phone. It feels very unwelcoming. I decided to switch dentists.

I also wanted to add I do not like the way they try to trick my 8 year old daughter. They speak to her like she’s a 3 year old instead of explaining things to her appropriate for her age they say things like “this is the sleepy silly juice” when giving the sedation medicine or “My nail might accidentally poke you” when giving a shot in her mouth. Really rubbed me the wrong way.

They treat the kids great while there during the cleanings that is all. They don’t really care to really hear about your child’s complex history if their tooth becomes infected they just rush their talking points with “uh huhs” while you are trying to explain your kid doesn’t follow those “boxes”. Don’t rely on them to send out referrals on time.

They dropped the ball twice with my child and now I’m having to chase them down to make sure they are submitting the referrals for dental surgery. So now another two week wait to see if they ever submitted it because they can’t follow through, amongst everything else I have to do for my family chasing other medical offices to do their job. The receptionist had a rude tone.

After seeing other reviews about the phone receptionist being rude, I agree. Meanwhile my child’s tooth has been getting progressively worse and it’s now going on 7 months to try and get into dental surgery that takes about a year to get a surgery scheduled.
