TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE I've been on this clinic on March 2025, and it was the worse experience of my life. The place lackes proper hygiene, the tools used to exam my mouth were extremely dirty and the dentist who treated me was very rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMEND!

I had an appointment for dental scaling on Sunday, March 2. Unfortunately, I arrived 15 minutes late due to difficulty finding parking. I called ahead to the receptionist/intake clinician, who kindly reassured me that it was okay. I also informed her about my insurance, and she mentioned she would check that later before sending me to the office. A young doctor spoke with me about the potential extraction of my wisdom teeth. She examined them and mentioned that we could proceed with the extraction at a later time when I decided. Both the receptionist/intake clinician and the young doctor were cooperative and professional.

However, my experience with Dr. David, who was assigned to me for scaling, was less positive. During our conversation, I mentioned that I had dental scaling done years ago. After examining my teeth, Dr. bribed me to refer a dentist student for a $50 fee, despite knowing I had insurance. I preferred to scale today, but his demeanor became dismissive, and he showed minimal effort during the procedure. He appeared fatigued and careless as he put a suction device in my mouth, checked his phone, and did not apologize for his actions.

This made me feel uncomfortable, and I decided to leave. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior in a service setting before. Afterward, I called the receptionist to express my discomfort and asked if I could see someone else. She told me to come back, but when I arrived, she changed her mind and said the hygienist was busy. Overall, my experience left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, which is truly disappointing given the positive interactions I had with other staff members.

The best dentist I’ve ever gone to. I’ve read varying reviews but my family has great experiences here. This is a very busy dentist office; I heard four different languages inside the office during a visit and I find everyone to be kind and professional. Our family has different ages (adults, youth, children) and we have family members who are disabled and everyone is definitely more aware of how to care for our families teeth and how important it is to floss and take care of your mouth.

I can’t report any thing negative. Otherwise I enjoy the professionalism, straightforward approach and sharing of knowledge and good products for dental care.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at College & Dufferin dental clinic! I walked in without an appointment, in pain, and was welcomed with kindness and professionalism. The dentist Dr. David Reyhanian, took care of me right away, explained everything clearly, and made me feel truly cared for. It’s rare to find a dentist who genuinely puts the well-being of the patient first.

To me, he is a person of integrity and compassion — a true example of what a healthcare professional should be. Thank you so much! Highly recommended. 🙏
