Office staff (Heather)(and lead with brown hair) surrounded me and yelled at me about my allergies. I asked them to stop being so loud and she told me she wasn’t. I told her she was stressing me out and I started crying. She did not apologize.

I asked to not be surrounded by this many people and she said “you’re not” as the small room had 3-4 people blocking the only way or exit/entrance. The temp dentist and dental hygienist helped to calm me down and made sure I was safe while they tried to help my teeth feel better too.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist therefore it's been a very long time since going (plus no insurance). Thus far my experience with them have been nothing but amazing. I had a cleaning and two cavities filled. Staff are great!!! Dr is gentle, efficient, and quick (in a good way).

I will be having 2 extractions in a few weeks and the staff and Dr all assure me it will be just as easy and good. Highly recommend The Dental Center. They don't let you sit long to focus on any anxiety!! 💜

This place is absolutely amazing. I spent forever not being able to find a dentist that took Medicaid, and the inability to fill cavities resulted in several dental issues. I was constantly in pain, broke 2 teeth one of which was in my smile line and broken to the gum, and it stayed that way for 2 years. I finally got sent here as I was told they're one of the only ones left that takes Medicaid. Over 2 months they saved my smile. They were able to save most of my teeth and extracted 4, along with getting a partial for the space in my smile line.

11 cavities and 4 extractions and they never once made me feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, or anxious. The staff is incredibly friendly and everyone who worked on my mouth did absolutely everything to resolve my issues in a timely and safe manner. This place has been a godsend and I cannot recommend them enough. Would leave 10 stars if I could.

This office is absolutely amazing. Everyone there is helpful, caring and highly skilled at their profession. So glad I found them. They are also great if you have dental anxiety.
