This place is amazing!!! The girls are sweet and professional. Dr is kind and very professional. Today they lost power while in the middle of fixing my teeth. They were all so kind and letting me know I would be okay and I would be taken care of. I would recommend this place everyday.

Great customer service! The dr was amazing with my two year old. The assistant/nurse was as sweet and kind! They made my son feel comfortable and relaxed for his first cleaning! They scheduled me for my appointment in a timely manner! All round A+ to you guys for being so awesome! Thank you for making dental visits easier and fun and happy!

Shannon took great care of me and reviewed my medical information very thoroughly. She made me feel very safe. Dr Douglas was lovely. Very comprehensive and knowledgeable Dr but also kid and gentle. A Dental Visit That Was Actually. . . Enjoyable? All Thanks to The Dental Center of Goshen! Alright, let's be real. "Enjoyable" and "dentist" don't belong in the same sentence for me. So, when I booked my new patient exam at The Dental Center of Goshen, a familiar nervousness set in. . .

but my visit today genuinely flipped the script. From the moment my exam kicked off, Gaby, the dental hygienist, was an absolute breath of fresh air. She took the time to explain every step of the process, which was very reassuring. Beyond being incredibly informative and friendly, she was also genuinely sweet, and I have to admit, quite charming! She was wonderfully gentle during the X-rays and when examining my teeth and gums. Dr. Douglas, the dentist, was very thorough, even if he wasn't quite as gentle. I really appreciated his straightforward and honest approach when discussing treatment recommendations. Gaby went above and beyond to finalize my treatment plan.

Not only did she provide clear cost estimates, but she also took the initiative to ask the office manager about a cleaning that usually requires pre-authorization, which was incredibly thoughtful. Plus, she hooked me up with two different referrals for wisdom tooth extraction, making it easier for me to find the quickest appointment. My experience at The Dental Center of Goshen was unexpectedly positive. Gaby's exceptional care and delightful demeanor, combined with Dr. Douglas's thoroughness, made for a truly great visit. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment!
