I became a patient of the Dental Emergency Room & Elegant Dentistry due to a dental emergency I had 6 months ago. At that time I was so relieved to be able to get an appointment & treatment so quickly but went in with general skepticism about what to expect service wise and concerns about how much the visit would cost. I was pleasantly surprised that every point of contact I had during that visit was as good as it could be under the circumstances.

I was provided with a number of options + pros & cons for courses of treatment & they were forthright & transparent with the associated costs. The staff was warm, caring, knowledgeable & professional & the office was modern & pristine with cutting edge technology. When I expressed wanting a long term plan for care & maintenance, the Dr.

took the extra time to thoughtfully discuss my specific situation and approaches / courses of action. That was it for me; I had found my new dentist! I have had the same positive experience with follow up visits and will definitely continue my care with Elegant Dentistry. I highly recommend them!

I went in and needed a tooth pulled, I was very nervous. My dentist was straight forward with what he was going to do. It took very little time and I had no pain during the extraction.

Doesn’t follow MN Medicaid billing practices- attempted to balance bill the patient for dollar amounts that were unallowed or otherwise disregarded. QOC is fine, but billing is a nightmare, stay away.
