Five stars! I called on a Monday afternoon needing to get in asap, my tooth was throbbing. Jacob was very professional and accommodating. He managed to get me in that Wednesday and I am so grateful. When I went in for my procedure that Wednesday the tornado warnings went off. I was the last patient and when Dr.

Roach had finished working on me they were closing the office. There was a torrential downpour and my ride wasn't there yet. Jacob was kind enough to give me his umbrella and drive me over to Cub Foods and drop me off so at least I could shelter out of the rain after he locked the office doors. He went above and beyond. Wonderful staff, all of them!

I needed a root canal ASAP as I was scheduled for major surgery in less than two weeks. With no appointments available at a number of other providers, I called The Dental Specialists and explained my situation. Even though I was a new patient, they got me in to see Dr. Roach that same day.

Unkind phone staff, canceled appointment with with more than 48hrs notice. When appointments are booked over a month in advance. We as parents Can't control if child is sick. Guess they'd rather appointments are completed regardless of illness exposure to staff and other patients

Kathleen Thieu is absolutely amazing. I’ve had a few gum grafts over the years and was taken care of so well. Most recently in November.

The staff is very polite and thorough. During the procedure the assistant and Kathleen were consistently touching base to make sure I was doing okay and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I was confident in the care I received and my grafts turned out absolutely wonderful!!
