This the most u professional and worse place anybody can take their kids to get their teeth done. They rather your kids teeth be mess up for more money instead of taking care of them. I ain’t never seen a Pediatric place for kids this unresponsible in my life maybe it’s because my son is Black or the insurance he has through the state but they is horrible here.

Never again they need to be shut down.

If I could give zero stars - I would. Extremely dishonest and sneaky billing practices. We had a referral from our family dentist to bring my 6yo in for x-rays. In addition to billing for the x-rays, they also billed us $130 for a "consultation.

" When I got the bill, I called to explain we were simply there on a referral for an x-ray and asked them to remove the $130 consultation fee - and was told no. I will not be back - and you shouldn't go there either.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. My daughter has been going for years and they don’t do unnecessary treatments. She’s 11 and Asian and has been treated fairly. Dr. Amanda Allen is great and the staff is also very nice and professional.

My daughter has gone here twice and we've had a great experience both times. She was 16MO for her first visit and 22MO for her second visit. The staff treated her with kindness and care, and they were very calm and gentle when she was crying/scared. My daughter also loved the sticker and toy, and most of all her fun new toothbrush! My only constructive feedback would be to be more inclusive for breastfeeding mom's who may be nursing their little ones in the middle of the night when they need it. I was told to clean/wipe her mouth out afterwards with a tone of judgement.

That's really unrealistic and would wake her right back up. All breastfeeding mom's should be supported in their journey and night wean when it feels right for them. CDC recommends breastfeeding for 2 years or longer, so this advice was not for me.
