I've had a lot of bad experiences with dentists, but this is not one of them. Dr. Rita Marroghi is very professional and she gets right down to business. You're in and out quickly and I like that. The staff as a whole, is very efficient. As long as we live close enough, my wife and I will continue to be her patients.

Never go here and file a claim if you do get injured. I was injured by this dentist: She places her fillings incorrectly and they fail within months. I lost a tooth because of her failures. She also doesn’t know how to do root canal procedures but lies to her patients, and they either don’t work or she refuses to complete them and can easily damage nerves from poking too deeply with her instrument s. Her Pontiac office is very unkept, with a very rude unprofessional receptionist and nobody will follow the law by releasing dental records to their patients at any of her offices.

Her work is a complete scam. She lied to me telling me she could do a root canal on a tooth but took no X-rays and poked in it causing bleeding for about 3 months at each visit all to collect $400. She then said it bled too much to complete and go see someone more qualified ( anyone is more qualified than her). I did and the qualified dentist and endodontist said there was never enough tooth left to have a root canal and crown plus she had traumatized the root more and chipped away more tooth structure. I had to have a dental implant and multiple fillings redone all because of her.

She enjoys damaging people’s teeth. I had no issues and very healthy teeth before she touched them. She’s been reprimanded by the board several times as well.

I have been beyond pleased with the excellent care I have received at "The Dentist West" office in Walled Lake, MI. Dr. Rita Marroghi is a wonderful dentist and the whole staff is professional, friendly & courteous. They are absolutely fantastic... very fast & efficient too. Great experience each & every time I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed! ~J.W.~
