The office is clean and modern with a relaxed atmosphere that eases my usual jitters. Dr. Carter is thorough but never rushes; he explained my implant options in detail, even showing me 3D models, and adjusted the plan to fit my budget.

The hygienists are gentle, and the front desk team remembers my schedule, making appointments a breeze. They offer evening slots that work with my job and handled a last-minute toothache with ease. A place that treats you like a person, not a number—my smile (and nerves) thank them.

Friendly, on-time, and easy! I recently moved to Toronto from Winnipeg - big move and I knew I needed to find a new dentist. I normally don’t love going to the dentist so this was a daunting task. After looking around in my neighborhood, I found The Dentistry Place. Just around the corner from where I live. Super convenient. I filled the online form and the next morning I received a phone call at the front desk. They confirmed my details. And I was asked if the clinic could pull my dental records from my dentist in Winnipeg.

Yes please! I showed up to my appointment and everything went so well. Staff were friendly. The appointment started on time, the hygienist was friendly and thorough, and the doctor (Dr. Anna Urbano) was so patient with my questions. I highly recommend! I’ll be going back every 6 months now. You can’t go wrong with this place.

My experience with Dr. Chang has been amazing. He takes his time to explain everything and leaves time for you to ask any questions you may have. He is also gentle when working in my mouth. The people who work at the front are so friendly. I can only remember Nikita's name but there is another person that has helped me also.

Both have been great. They are always really welcoming. They also have really taken the time to work with my insurance company and to let me know things that are covered or may not be covered before any procedure starts. In moments that I needed to get in to see the dentist very last minute they have made it happen. Overall fantastic experience with Dr. Chang and the rest of the team!
