Monica, the “receptionist” is VERY unprofessional. Canceled my appointment after not being able to find correct information in the system.

I offered to get the information for her but after telling her I didn’t appreciate the attitude she had that I’m sorry she’s had a long day I hope her day gets better, she got very rude and told me not to even worry about calling back she was canceling the appointment and hanging the phone up. Definitely do not recommend this facility!

The receptionist they have is terrible! The surgeon is super nice but some of the staff is ridiculous! They yelled at my daughter and very unprofessional! Please if you don’t have to go there don’t! They need to get rid of half of the staff idk what made them think they are better than everyone but they sure the hell got that wrong! They must have a terrible home life!!

Never been to the office but the receptionist is unprofessional, short tempered and unfriendly. I had a referral and wanted to schedule an appointment. Not one time in my interactions with her did she mention anything about scheduling an appointment. I couldn't even get to that point with her. Here's what happened. When I first called, I explained the referral and wanted an appointment. She told me to email personal information to her, I've never had anyone request that of me especially with no appointment set nor an explanation. My gut was telling me not to trust her at this point.

So I called my dentist and had them resend the referral. ( Side note, they also thought it was weird) . Anyway, when I called her back a few days later she then requested insurance ID number to " look it up" while keeping me on hold for about 15 minutes then hung up on me and didn't answer when I called back. Mind you, never once did she mention scheduling an appointment. I did but she did not. Very weird.

I was so nervous to have my procedure done. I had to have 4 teeth removed and I didn't feel one ounce of pain. Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had in my life! 150% recommend!
