We moved here a couple years ago and met Dr. Fornetti and his family while participating in sports with our son. Very nice people in general. So we thought that we would give his dentist office a try. Just as the Fornetti’s are great people, the dentist office treats you like a friend and has very friendly staff. Their waiting room and exam rooms are very clean as well. Thank you!

Today I met with Dr. John to consult with me about a problematic molar. Last week I met with another local dentist who said the tooth was cracked and had to be removed. When I said I didn't want an extraction, he responded "I don't care", so I got a second opinion. After 30 minutes of unhurried discussion using x-rays, Dr.

John diagnosed the initial problem as a treatable infection. A root canal may be needed but the initial diagnosis and remedy from the other provider was incorrect. This is the first time in my decades that I can feel really good about going to the dentist.

I was unable to get in with my established provider for months and had a cracked tooth. Dr. Nicole and Fornetti Dental were able to get me in several times and fixed my tooth. Dr. Nicole is kind, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. She was even worrying about my tooth on her day off. I recommend them 100x over.

Thanks to the staff at the John Fornetti Dental Center for getting us in for an emergency exam while on vacation in the Upper Peninsula. Because we got that emergency visit, Dr Nicole Hartwig was able to inform us of some bone loss issues with my brother's implants. The digital xrays were very reasonably priced and my brother said they were comfortable, not the usual hurt the inside of your mouth things that alot of dentists still use. The technician was very nice and gentle. All the equipment looked quite modern and up to date. Everyone in the office that we interacted with was very nice.

They also gave us some fresh baked muffins, they have an oven and they give out muffins all the time. So the girls said. We wish we had a dentist office like this back home! My brother's dentures became loose while we on vacation in the Porkies (Porcupine Mountains). We drove down to Iron Mountain and walked in around 11:30am and they gave us a 1pm appointment. It was the Friday of Labor Day weekend so we were really grateful, impressed, and relieved that they got us in before the long weekend. (I'm a little behind on my review writing) The actual cause of the dentures being loose turned out to be that the screws loosened up.

Since then we've learned that the teeth are so poorly made and mismatched that the chewing forces are loosening the screws. Dr Hartwig isn't an implant dentist, none of them were on duty as it was the holiday, but Dr Hartwig is a skilled dentist and she was able to see problems around some implants, which has since led to other problem discoveries by experts since we got home. Fortunately the original dentist was out of the country for 2 weeks at the time, so we couldn't just drive home to see him and the John Fornetti Dental Center was there for us out of towners instead and saved my brother from a dentist who was concealing things.
