I made a mistake leaving Dr Michael Baylin to go to this practice To the lack of smiles/reception/cost and quality of care, there is no comparison. I returned to Dr Baylin and am so happy to be home. Just having my teeth cleaned "well "resolved a pain I had for years, to a 3 tier crown procedure , my first ever, falling apart in pieces twice. There is joy in the Baylin office and incredible quality of care. Best of all, I am not talked over as if I don't exist. I'm part of the conversation and part of the plan. I am very grateful to be back to a safe place, a home.

It was scary, the whole thing. Considering this experience, and one other, I have been educated in best practice, the hard way. I really don't like to say negative things about people but when it hurts me and my pocket. . .

It's a place where you can truly trust that you're getting the best possible care.

The entire team is dedicated, professional, and truly cares about the well-being of their patients. I actually look forward to my dentist visits now, which is something I never thought I'd say!
