Was confronted by the front desk for leaving an unsatisfactory review and was told that I'm no longer welcome at the practice because I left a bad review. I am absolutely okay with that. It is unacceptable for a business to harass patients simply because they didn't like the content of the review. Want better reviews? I suggest retraining your staff.

BEWARE OF FRAUD! I just got off the phone with the manager Caitlin, WHO KEEPS HANGING UP ON ME WHEN I AM INFORMING THEM OF MY CURRENT BALANCE. Stay away from this place, the manager is abusive and neglecting to take care of their billing issues. I am reporting the manager as well as The Mchenry Dentist to the Illinois state medical board and as far as contacting the insurance company to inform them of fraud. They are a terrible office, the manager must be a very young girl the fact she can’t hold a conversation is beyond unprofessional.

Wait until I sent in the fraudulent billing AND DENTAL WORK they claimed I needed turns out they were trying to charge me over 50% more than it should cost. Illinois Medicaid has already been informed. I am taking action and the manager was recorded for the record, please beware. By the way, I’m 7 months pregnant if that makes any potential clients think twice about coming in here.

This is how they treat a women caring a child with well know health issues on top of it. Shame on the manager. You are not right in the head.

This place is a revolving door for Dentist. It's like it's the only place that takes Doctors right out of school. My child had a root canal and then told he has to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed before capping the root canal. It took almost a year to finally get a hold of the oral surgeon and make an appointment. We set the appointment for the cap and all of a sudden he has 4 cavities and in between teeth so that would be a lot of unnecessary drilling that could damage other teeth, and was most likely caused by doing the root canal.

They refused to cap his root canal until this was done. Dr. Samson is the dentist who my child was seeing. He's condescending and extremely rude. He thinks he's better than everyone because he's got a dental degree.

He said "It's not my fault your child doesn't floss, that's a parenting problem. " Instead of being a village and helping me to make my child understand how important it is to floss cause us parents know how hard it is to get our kids to understand repercussions. And how our children think we're full of it. Do not bring your children here, they will turn a simple procedure into a large one to make money and get practice for their careers. They don't care about the patient, they are more worried about their career and money!

Excellent and friendly staff all around!. Clean office. Dr Lam was very thorough and gentle. I’ve been a patient for a few years and I’ve had an appointment with each of their Doctors and I truthfully can’t pick one to be my regular because they’ve all been exceptional.

Dr Nguyen is very very thorough with the cleanings, which I appreciate despite the pain. Their assistants are very nice also and they truly care about their patients. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
