Today, I was in for a yearly checkup. My family has been patients of Dr. Wyler for over twenty years. As always, he was caring, professional and explained in laymen’s terms his diagnosis for the dental work that needs to be done. He is an exceptional dentist, who has given our family excellent care over the years.

I would advise against attempting to become a new patient at this establishment. Brenda was in pain so I submitted a website requests to initiate contact regarding my transfer, along with Brenda's but Brenda's most importantly this was following Dr. Kusik's retirement. Unfortunately, they failed to respond via phone or email. Consequently, I visited their office in person and provided our insurance information, requesting a callback upon verification of network alignment.

Regrettably, they never contacted me. After a week, I followed up with a phone call, only to discover that they had misplaced our information and asked me to resubmit it. I opted to email the information instead. Once again, I received no callback. Upon further inquiry, I was informed that Brenda would not be covered.

I remain uncertain about my own coverage status, but I have lost interest in pursuing it further. The subpar patient service I experienced leads me to caution others against seeking care at this facility. I would not take Diesel or Hustler here for any dental or grooming work.
