Competent, professional, and friendly staff. Patient with kids. Very clean office. We trust and like this practice so much that we drive 30 minutes to take our kids here. My mom is a former dental hygienist so we are very picky about the dentists we use because we are hyper aware of what kind of damage a terrible dentist can cause. Highly recommend this practice.

Today my daughter (19 months) had her first experience at the dentist. Everyone was very warm and welcoming and made her feel at ease. She didn’t cry during her exam, they let her look around the office and even gave her a ride up and down in the big exam chair. She definitely enjoyed this visit.

I took my two children to this dentist for years. One is neurotypical and one is disabled. Today, Dr. Weng thought it would be funny to joke that dentist appointments should be scheduled when my disabled child is drowsy/sleepy from allergy medicine because it was easier for her to work with. I told her immediately that her comment wasn't funny but she kept laughing with the dental hygienist and didn't listen to me. I also tried to explain why my child was drowsy but she continued to not listen to me.

After the appointment, I asked her to keep her comments to herself because they weren't funny or appropriate. Instead of apologizing to the disabled child she made fun of, she asked me for forgiveness and said "It won't hurt my feelings if you want to look for a different dentist. " I was and continue to be in shock that Dr. Weng told me to find another dentist instead of taking ownership for her actions and apologizing to my child. I am saddened and disappointed that Dr. Weng believes it's appropriate to make fun of a disabled child.

Having disabilities is not funny nor should a so called medical professional make those comments towards anyone. It's disgusting and shameful. Dr. Weng, you should feel embarrassed by your actions today. Choose to do better by your patients, both neurotypical and disabled, and keep your inappropriate comments to yourself.

From the moment I walked into this practice I was impressed. The cleanliness was top tier as well as the sense of calm. This was My 22 month old daughter’s first dental assessment and I was a bit nervous considering how she reacts to strangers but the hygienist and the male dentist was so friendly and gentle with her.

They both explained every step of the process in great detail. I was absolutely pleased and will be back.
