I made a emergency appointment due to a broken tooth that was loose with an infection it needed to be pulled. The staff was friendly and nice however they're not great when it comes to privacy, they called my insurance company right at the front desk on speaker phone. My boyfriend was sitting in the lobby he heard every bit of it to the point of him texting info they hadn't yet made it back to tell me. That just did not sit right with me, I received some work from them and a tooth pulling. .

Which was not tooth that needed to be pulled just to add. . I felt very uncomfortable the over all energy and vibe just did not sit right with me to the point of me visibly shaking, I am not denying the work I need done, but unfortunately this place will not be the one to do it. Also to add if you are looking for an emergency appointment for a certain issue this is not the place to go to.

We've been trying to make an appointment for my grandson to get his cavities filled for months with the Smile Center. My grandson does not live in Indianapolis, he lives in Evansville, which is a 3hr drive both ways. He was finally here in Indianapolis for fall break. We tried all week to get him in to be seen with no success. After calling to make the appointment all week, my son finally gets a call at the end of the day on Friday to tell him that their office is closed??? What kind of comdey show are you guys running her??? I spoke with Dr.

Shah months ago to preschedule the appointment, she said that there was no need and that getting an appointment would not be a problem. We just needed to have the out of pocket expense ready when we made the appointment. We had to work very hard to come up with the out of pocket($548. 80). Unfortunately I had to take my grandson back home to Evansville, IN yesterday without any help for his cavities from the Smile Center.

The fact that this office is closed on a Wednesday during the middle of the work week makes it extremely inconvenient for scheduling. I won't have my grandson again until the beginning of the new year. Thanks for nothing Dr. Shah. The Very, Very Disapointed Ariel D Starks!

Thank you Smile Center, for providing such a warm and inviting environment to have what is usually painful work done. My family and I used to see a dentist in Geist. I have been more educated at Smile Center, in a few visits, than years of appointments at my old dentist's office. The staff and Dr. Shah really took time to help me understand best practices and how to get the most effective benefits per my insurance. All the news wasn't what I wanted to hear, but reality is exactly what I NEED from a medical professional! I was told the truth and given precious advice on how to make wise decisions regarding my family's dental healthcare.

I was given some extremely vital information that I've never heard before but instantly recognized as important. I will be making changes to how my household operates based on this. I am impressed with the service provided. I am just as pleased with the atmosphere and how they took care of me. Keep up the great work Smile Center!
