After my son's previous dentist stopped accepting his insurance, we found Dr. Pak on short notice. The front office staff was incredibly accommodating and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. During the visit, my son received treatment for multiple issues. The dental assistant was excellent with him—patient, reassuring, and focused on keeping him calm and comfortable throughout the procedure.

Dr. Pak demonstrated extensive knowledge and was able to address all of my son's dental concerns in a single visit. We're very pleased that he will now be under Dr. Pak's care moving forward.

I had an absolutely horrific experience at this orthodontist office during my son’s very first visit. Dr. Pak was extremely aggressive and completely unprofessional. My son was already frightened knowing he was going to get a tooth extracted, and instead of showing any compassion, Dr. Pak grabbed him by the jaw and told him to stop crying. What made it even worse is that he never apologized for his behavior — not to my son, and not to me. There was zero empathy or acknowledgment of how inappropriate and traumatic his actions were.

As a parent, I was shocked and heartbroken. My son left this appointment more traumatized than when he walked in, and now he’s terrified of going to any doctor. This was our first and definitely last visit to this office. I would never recommend any parent bring their child here. No child deserves to be treated this way — ever.

Been here for a few years and we enjoy the positive energy there everytime :) even though it's tough for my kid, they are very respectful and try their absolute best to do what is needed. Dr. Pak is very professional, he's explains things and answers all your questions. The staff also does a great job in explaining everything to you from start to finish. Super happy we found them! :)
