The first time they were “running behind”, I said that I would give them another chance. This time they were so behind (and did not tell us) that I had to cancel for my daughter and I and they only saw my son AN HOUR AND A HALF after the first appointment time. No apology, nothing. Way too many good dentist out there to settle for this type of unprofessional service with little regard for people’s time.

I left work EARLY to make my appointment on time. 1 time is a mistake, 2 times might be a habit.

Dr. Ellis at The Smile Suite is awesome. The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is very well maintained. I came in about a year and a half ago and was told I needed a root canal. I was terrified at the thought (and controversial on-line info) of a root canal and put it off. I finally came back in and had it done 2 weeks ago by Dr. Ellis and was extremely pleased (and relieved) at how easy and painless the procedure was.

I came back for another appointment and had the 5 cavities filled. Again, completely painless. Dr. Ellis' bedside manner and gentle touch is very comforting. I appreciate that she takes the time to personally show me my x-rays and explains in detail the problem areas and treatment plan. Dr. Ellis stressed the importance of regular professional dental care and home maintenance. I told her that coming to the dentist is already traumatizing, but that finding the right dentist whose care alleviates the fears makes all the difference in the world.

She makes me feel valued as a patient (which seems so hard to find these days). I'm thankful that I found her. Dr. Ellis' office manager Iris is great with the patients, and thorough with processing insurance prior approvals/authorizations and following through on scheduling procedures and follow-up appointments. Thanks to Dr. Ellis I've committed to being very diligent about my dental care with her practice. She's the best!!!

From the communication, easy scheduling, and transparency with my oral needs, I am very happy I chose The Smile Suite. They care about you not only as a patient, but also a person.

Many people get nervous when they have to do a root canal, and I'm no exception. I had three root canals done at the Smile Suite. After the first one was completed, I knew I'd made the right choice by choosing this dentist. Dr. Ellis is professional, experienced, and efficient at her job. I haven't experienced any tooth sensitivity afterward either. The front desk staff is also welcoming.
