I just had the best experience at smiling turtle with my son! The faculty was very clean with tons of fun things for kids to do while you wait (which was very short). My son really loved the tv on the ceiling that he watched while getting serviced.

Dr. Bridgers was amazing! She was super kind and very helpful! She explained his treatment and recommendations so we felt encouraged and supported! 10/10 recommend taking your little one there! We drove from Durham and it was sooo worth it!

I took my kids there in March and I was given a treatment plan. Now I called for phase 1 appointment out of 4 phases and wanted some clarification about which are the tooth location in layman term but after multiple hold, the front office informed me that I need to pay for another consultation for visit as Dr. is unable to provide such information as its difficult to explain. Never had the ability to talk to Dr. directly. It felt like - they are forcing me to spend more money where such simple information can be shared over phone. My plan was to make the appointment for the phase 1 but the phone conversation and Dr.

feedback turned me back 180 degree. BTW - I was given $4500 treatment plan over 4 phases. the treatment plan shows Dr. Neidre Janell Banakus DDS PC name, So I am assuming she was consulted by front office when I was on hold. I don't plan to treat my kids there. Will look for another provider who are trustworthy and simple.

We’ve been going to Smiling Turtle for the past 2.5 years. Dr Bridgers and team do an amazing job making my almost 4 year old feel comfortable during every exam! The team is very thorough and do a wonderful job explaining needs to parents and child.

Excellent first time experience with my soon to be 3 year old. The front desk lady was warm and welcoming. I noticed that when she stepped away, another patient arrived and out popped another person from upfront, she got up from her chair to greet the next patient. Alison and the Dentist were outstanding. Very attentive and it did not feel like they were just going through the motions. They are really passionate about their job.

Very nice clean office. Lots of space and chairs. They were on time bringing my son back. Thank you team.
