I’ve been coming here for a few years but most of the staff has changed since I first came. While the techs are good if you just need a cleaning, the new doctor I was assigned insisted I needed excessive work so I naively agreed to multiple fillings which ended up completely ruining my bite. When I came in for adjustments Dr. G lacked bedside manner and did not correct the problem.

I realize now I should have gotten a second opinion as it seems others have also been told they needed numerous fillings only to be told by another dentist they have no cavities. Hindsight is 20/20 but hopefully I can save someone else from having an equally upsetting experience here.

Very professional and polite. Dr Kim very informative and put me at ease. All the assistance very knowledgeable and polite. I was in a lot of pain from my condition but left very happy!

Frank Boyle

I had a very difficult molar extraction today. The folks and doctors at Boonsboro are affiliated with Middletown Valley Dentistry, where the extraction was started. After realizing that my root (mainly one) was just not coming out, they quickly referred me to Dr. Garba (sp?) at Boonsboro Family Dentistry. She was able to get the stubborn tooth remainders out.

The doctor listened to my concerns about just having ibuprofen and she called in a prescription for a stronger painkiller. She didn’t have to do that and I am so grateful as I am now in bed and relief is starting to take hold. Long story short: both locations treated me like a human being and did an outstanding job. My first visit to Boonsbor Dentistry, the abmin asst. were very friendly and receptive to me. The Dental Assistant and Dr. Kim were great. Explained in detail to me so I was aware of what they were doing. Excellent details on the next steps for my teeth. I would highly recommend for someone who is looking for a dentist in the Boonsboro and Middletown area.
