When I needed help the most this place came through when all others refused to help, I have horrible teeth I was unable to eat solids after one visit I felt a million times better I even got to keep a tooth for fun. I want to thank doctor Noir for her compation and understanding. I am on ODSP and everything was covered. Always cheerful made me feel safe, thank you again 😊

I've visited this clinic multiple times and can confidently say that Dr. Nour is a highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring dentist. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures her patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Dr. Nour is by far the most unprofessional, unpleasant, and rude dentist I have ever interacted with. Dentists have been a phobia of mine since I was a child but I have always been able to have a semi positive experience as all the dentists I have seen have seemed to genuinely care. Dr. Nour came in and didn’t even introduce herself before going immediately into my mouth. She barely explained what she was doing and at one point put something on my tooth with absolutely no warning which would be a shock already but was worse seeing that she knew I was scared and uneasy already.
She then gave me “options” for treatment but didn’t explain anything nor ask if I had any questions. She was short and unkind. I then got X-rays for the full mouth (I originally went for a problem tooth) and she still lacked any explanations and it felt as if she was cross that she even had to be there. I had to ask her to explain what she’d be doing and the issues she saw. She spoke to me in an extremely rude tone that I have never experienced from any healthcare worker ever. She also left out a ton of information before I started asking what was happening and what was going on.
She was so rude and unprofessional in her response that I was uncomfortable enough to stop any further treatment as I did not feel comfortable with her doing any sort of work on me. I would recommend this dental office to absolutely nobody. The lack of compassion and unprofessional attitude is unlike I’ve ever seen before. I have never ever walked out of an office due to feeling uncomfortable and unsafe to receive treatment until my appointment here.
