8/13/24 Update - I have not been here in almost 3 years. Dr Nelson remembered me like it was yesterday. He and his staff are the very best. I get so much anxiety going to any doctor / dentist etc that I can't sleep the night before. It's torture. However I feel some comfortable when I finally get here. I wish all doctors offices were like this. Thank you for caring. Amazing experience.

I am scared of going to the dentist to put it mildly. I had the best experience of my life here at The Tooth Family Dental. Dr. Neilson and his entire staff were insanely friendly. Worried about my well being and comfort the entire time I was there. I had a root canal procedure and I'm amazed how well it went. Not only did he take his time and make sure I was good. He made me a second crown because he wasn't 100% satisfied with the matching color. It took time away fro.

Him and his staff to go above and beyond to make sure I looked and felt the bes . The equipment they have here is also cutting edge. Days of waiting a week to finish the job are over. ***I'd like to thank your staff for everything. Seriously I feel better right now and its been 3 hours after a root canal, than I did the past year. Thank you.

I was new to Vegas and was going to another place for 1. 5 years and suddenly was told for the 1st time I needed 5 fillings immediately …since decay is slow going and I was used to getting advice it needed to be done within the next yr back home I paid out of pocket to see Dr. Nielson who said I needed none. Bonus the gorgeous mountain views from the exam rooms! I can tell they only do necessary work here and a great job…. i had noticed incomplete cleanings at the other place too.

. not at this practice! I am not related to the dentist. . just same last name coincidentally.

Hands down an AMAZING office!!! From the front office, dental assistant, and the doctor. Their customer service is on point. My husband had a bad toothache and needed an extraction on a Saturday. Called their office, she asked for some information and was able to tell us if our insurance was in network and looked our benefits up right away. We drove there right after the call.

When we arrived the office was inviting, very clean, and very nice and up to date. They took us back right away and did Xrays and extraction. Dr. Nielson and his dental assistant explained everything clearly and always made sure my husband was comfortable. We left the office with a "WOW" that was a great experience.

They won us over, and we will be switching the whole family to Dr. Nielson! As a business owner, customer service is everything. Its the way you make your clients feel when providing your services. And this office I have to say, NAILED IT!! Thank you staff for today's amazing service! You guys are the best💜🩷
